🕒 Return eligibility:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging

  • Custom or digital products are not eligible for return

🚚 How to start a return:

  1. Email us at support@deskzen.com.au or use our contact form

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return

  3. We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address

💳 Refund process:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the return is received

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

🚫 Return shipping:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using a tracked method to ensure safe delivery
