At DeskZen, we want you to love every purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products if you change your mind.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty)

Note: Some items (such as personal care, hygiene-related, or customized products) may be excluded. We’ll let you know at checkout if an item is non-returnable.

Important: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically up to 15%) depending on the supplier’s policy. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated before you confirm your return.

⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if necessary.

📬 How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please email support@deskzen.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

  • We work with multiple trusted Australian and international suppliers — return instructions and warehouse locations may vary depending on the product

  • DeskZen is responsible for all customer service, warranty claims, and return handling, regardless of supplier or fulfilment location
