At DeskZen, we’re proud to offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders — no minimum spend required. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it's shipped.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

We deliver Australia-wide, with typical delivery windows ranging from 7–15 business days. Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery estimates are based on real-time dispatch and courier conditions.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🏬 Our Fulfilment Process

All products are managed and fulfilled by DeskZen through our trusted network of Australian and international logistics partners. Depending on item availability, your order may ship from local warehouses within Australia or directly from our international warehouse partners. Regardless of origin, DeskZen manages the process to ensure timely delivery and provides full tracking for every order.

📦 Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days of shipment, or if your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@deskzen.com.au and we’ll follow up promptly.

Note: If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-collection, re-shipping fees may apply. In some cases, our suppliers may also apply a restocking fee. We will always confirm any applicable charges with you before proceeding.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses or non-collection can be re-shipped — however, additional postage charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping information when ordering.
